International Platinum Club was conceived with the objective to venture into an era of E-Commerce and M-Commerce where the trend of Information Technology is growing tremendously. On 5th June 2001, it was incorporated and registered under the name IPC Shopping Services (M) Sdn Bhd. The company is having its registered office at 77-1, Jalan 3/93, Taman Miharja 2½ Miles Cheras, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. And they have launch their new office on 20th January 2007 at 63-1, Jalan 3/93, Taman Miharja 21/2 Miles, Cheras, KL by Dato’ Tan Chai Ho (Timbalan Menteri Hal Ehwal Dalam Negeri). Today, the company is playing a challenging role in Loyalty Reward Program, secure SMS payment gateway, SMS media gateway, E-Commerce and M-Commerce business solution.

IPC started business with brick and mortar merchandising stores, shopping programs, online shopping portal, and attracted thousands of customers by creating its own loyalty and shopping programs. In order to grow awareness of e-commerce and payment system related products to its customers, the company had progressed into a Business Partnership with iSynergy Sdn Bhd in year 2002 to 2004 for a Co-brand MasterCard Electronic Prepaid Card.

In year 2004, IPC established a subsidiary company, Empire Figures Sdn Bhd which offers and provides various telecommunication services and is authorized to procure new subscribers for licensed telecommunication carriers for telecommunications products and services via Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and PSTN in accordance with a distinctive system. Later in the December, IPC Shopping™ launched mReward Lifetime Loyalty Reward Program. The M-Commerce technology of mReward has given more convenience to mobile users.

After 4 years of operation, the IPC Shopping Group has expanded to 26 countries such as Singapore, China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India and the Middle-east with a strong brand name and network. IPCS’s ambition is to grow globally and currently has branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Jingzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Santong, Xin Jiang. IPCS is also planning to open more branches in Hong Kong, Chongqing, Dalian and Wuhan.

IPC is planning to establish strategic alliances with the other retailers. In the international arena, IPC has already setup an online shopping mall showcasing many of the top leading products. IPC intends to leverage on these strategic alliances to increase its profit as well as for its partners. This online mall is beneficial to both its partners and customers. The partners will have a distribution channel that will increase their businesses and profits while the customers will have the ease of a one-stop convenience that meets their clothing, food and other needs.

IPC continuously conducts extensive market and technological research to understand the growing demands of today’s business needs. It is committed to have a leading edge over its competitors.
